Originating from the southern vineyards of the Côte des Bar, these champagnes come exclusively from the family vines and are carefully elaborated in their cellar. General terms & conditions of sales 

Article 1: Scope - Our champagne sales are governed by these general terms of sale which prevail over any condition of purchase, unless expressly stipulated otherwise in written.
Article 2: Price - Applicable prices are those in force on the day the order is taken, as stated on AIR Terre's champagne brochure, excluding VAT.
Article 3: Payment - Unless agreed otherwise in writing between the parties, payment is made when ordering, on the bank account stated on AIR Terre's champagne brochure. Payments made after payment term stated on the invoice will result in late payment penalties according to the Luxembourgish law of 29th March 2013 relative to payment deadlines and late payment interests. AIR Terre retains ownership of the goods until complete payment of the price by the Client.
Article 4: Order collection - Orders placed for Luxembourg are collected by the Client at AIR Terre's premises in Luxembourg city.
Article 5: Disputes - Our sales are governed by Luxembourgish law.
